Customers

Use Customers to store client contact details. You can reuse customers when creating orders.

View your customer list

Click Customers in the left sidebar to open your customer list. When a realtor signs up on your Fotello booking page, a new customer profile is automatically created and added to your customer list.

Add a new customer

Click the Add button on the top-right of the customers page to create a new customer entry.

Edit an existing customer

Click on the customer's name or the edit icon on the right of the customer's row to open up customer details.

Update customer details

Enter the customer’s details.

For invoicing, you can also add:

  • Billing address

  • Tax ID (optional)

Customer details are automatically synced to the branded property website, making it easy for prospective home buyers to get in touch with the listing agents. Detailed customer data allows for a more personalized browsing experience for every visitor. To see how your customer's details show up on the website, go to Property Websites.

Save

Click Save to create a new customer profile. Once saved, your customer's profile should look like this:
