Moving from another platform? You can request a data migration from Settings using the Import data card.

Use this option to bring over your existing:

• Customers
• Listings
• Orders

How it works

Open Settings

Go to Settings in your Fotello account.

Find Import data

Locate the Import data card.

Request your migration

Use the card to request a migration from your current platform.

Include the data you want moved into Fotello.

When to use this

Use data import if you already manage bookings or delivery workflows in another platform and want to keep your historical records in one place.

Import data is a migration request flow. It is meant for moving existing business data into Fotello.
