Including property videos in your listings can enhance your customer's experience by helping them showcase the lifestyle and potential of the property.
Add a video
You have two options:
Add from URL (paste a link, then click Add URL)
Upload a file (drag + drop, or browse)
Supported formats and limits
Formats: MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, MKV
Max size: 500 MB per file
Hosted links are usually the best option. Uploads in various formats are supported too.
Best practices
Prefer hosted videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or your preferred channel by pasting the share link. This keeps your listing fast and gives better playback reliability.
If you upload, keep files small to avoid increasing page weight which can slow down the final property website.
Compress exports when possible. Aim for the smallest file that still looks sharp.
Hosted videos display as embeds on the property website so avoid placing important text or logos near the edges.
